Robot Weld Station

This is a robot weld cell. The robot was bought off the shelf and we did the jigging and control integration. The jigs are automated in order to achieve maximum quality welds.

High Speed flying shear. This cutter I designed to shear wire travelling at an infinitely variable velocity up to 5m/s at a user specified lenth. The unit is powered by two servo motors.

20 Ton per hour Citrus processing line. Designed and built in the Western Cape, South Africa.

Rail Truck Loading Bin

Here is a Buffer - Hopper that we built for a Large mining company. The capacity of the bin is 230 cubic metres which holds approximately 430 tons of rock when its full.
